All missed classes must be paid for and can not be made up. In the case of cancellations by a teacher, that lesson will be arranged at a suitable time agreed by both parent and teacher. No classes will be made up if cancelled by the parent/student.

Invoices will be issued at the beginning of each term, and are to be paid in full by the end of week 3. Payment plans may be available for weekly or fortnightly payments, although must be pre-arranged with Karlee.

All invoices must be paid in full prior to the beginning of the following term. If you wish to stop classes 3 weeks notice must be given to admin to allow those on a waiting list the opportunity to join that class.

Any fees not paid by the due date will incur a late payment fee of $25 per student.
